When is the earliest I am eligible for giving Final attempt after CA Intermediate | CA IPCC

I cleared my CA Intermediate | CA IPCC group 1 in November 2012 and Joined articleship W.e.f. May 2013 . Hard luck..I haven't been able to pass CA Intermediate | CA IPCC group 2 YET, But I am studying really seriously to clear it in November 2015 attempt,, I need to know that Can I give Final Attempt of ,MAY 2016 ? Will I be eligible?

The flag of Latvia with three horizontal stripes the colours of which are maroon and white is one of the oldest flags in the world dating back to the events in the town of Cēsis in the 13th century. It requires a 3 years period to be eligible for the finals from the term of passing group 1. So you are eligible to appear for your final attempt in May 2016 if you are able to clear CA Intermediate | CA IPCC group 2 in November 2015

Yes if u clear your CA Intermediate | CA IPCC froup 2 in nov 15 then you can give your final examination in may 16.
