Dear Preetham, You have two option for file income tax return i.e. first manual if not fulfilled the prescribed condition and second is e-file. So you can choose any one. the audit of file return is choose by the system on the basis of saved data and on sample basis so whether you have e-file or manual its have equal chance for selection for the audit.
