after that you should select the requisite details like A.Y., property details and challan details and form 26QB details as per demand raised by the traces. after that you should fill up the details of property along with address.
After the TDS deducted has been paid through challan 26QB , wait till it is reflected in form 26AS. Then login to traces website as tax payer & Go to โDownloadโ Tab & make application for request of Form 16B .To make a request for download, fill in the acknowledgment number (nine digit number) & required details as asked which is reflected on Form 26AS.
It will give application & generates an application request number. Now, click on โDownloadsโ tab. In the dropdown menu click on โrequested downloadsโ. You can filter by way of Request no or by Date filter.You can see you request for Form 16B as Submitted.
Within a couple of hours, the application gets processed and you will be able to view your Form 16B as Available.
it can be downloaded by creating a account at Traces. you have to register under the Tax payer category . The registration can be done after 7 days of payment of TDS u/s 194AI. you need PAN to register as TAX Payer , no requirement of TAN

W.e.f. June 1, 2013 new provision under section 194IA has been introduced, where 1% Tax Deducted at Source or TDS will be levied on sale/transfer of immovable property (other than agricultural land) exceeds Rs 50 lakhs. As per this section, as a buyer of property you are required to deduct TDS and provide TDS certificate to the seller of the property. This certificate is known as Form 16B.
To generate/download Form 16B, you need to first make the
> tax payment using e-TAX payment option
i.e. Online form for furnishing TDS on property (Form 26QB). After making payment of the deducted TDS amount through Challan 26QB, you can see it in your form 26AS reflecting with break up for each amount paid and acknowledgement number for that.

First of all you should get registered by using pan and pan details of deductor on traces registering portal.
after that you should select the requisite details like A.Y., property details and challan details and form 26QB details as per demand raised by the traces. after that you should fill up the details of property along with address.
after submitted such request you should click on requested download after reasonable time period and than click on download.
Download file in pdf form without password.
