Dont write history of the question. For 5 marks, one or half page is enough. dont go for other page
In order to maximum marks in Law , you need to learn Sections which has to be on your tips or either make mnemonic of it to memorise the sequence and that would be very beneficial for you .
Audit part includes important points , i would suggest you to do it in accordance with section sequence as joint audit , branch audit and statutory audit . so try to cover one topic completely before touching another topic.
